Fourpancakes

Hey guys, so this is a question regarding Frost. If my trinket comes around every 2 minutes should I just be using it with Mirror Images after the opener? This is my first instinct, or would it be wiser to save it for Icy Veins? I'm sure this seems like an easy answer to some, thanks in advance!
