I am on Echo Isles server and I have just finished this quest but it "blinks" and comes back to Grookin Hill where Shokia, Young Alliance Soldier, Shademaster Kiryn, and Riko are all there. Shokia still has a white question mark over her head as if I have not completed the quest yet. I have turned in a report to Blizzard and they have kicked it back to me that I am not following the quest properly. I have done it many times on other characters and it has never failed like this before. Has anyone else had this problem with this quest and if so, what did they do to get past it. My quest line is
