For the stat priorities: is it 17% total haste (what the character sheet lists), or 17% additional haste from gear (~28.7% on the paper doll)? Edit: Disregard, I answered my own question. The extra 10% haste was from talents. Nothing to see here... keep moving along... This is not the internet post you are looking for.
