Hey Balance Druids! If you guys have not been to the PTR yet, the new Balance T16 4-Set Bonus is "Every time you enter Solar or Lunar Eclipse, the cooldown of Celstial Alignment is reduced by 3 sec." Does anyone else think that is will not be worth getting at all? Our main goal is to use Celestial Alignment along with Incarnation: Chosen of Elune, and that already happens without this set bonus. As a Boomkin, when exactly should I be casting Healing Touch? Should I use it once at the start of the fight and then only when Nature's Swiftness is up? It seems like wasted time casting Healing Touch compared to just using Incarnation in my opinion.

For the T4 talents, dual wielded blade storm, from what i've seen, is more powerful than dragon's roar.

yeah since they do it in Beta they should be able to do it certain places with an on/off feature for solo grinding for gear

I'm very happy about the changes made to arcane mages. Maybe people won't make fun of them anymore because they have less of a face roll rotation.

How do you guys feel about the healing 2 set bonus? I don't particularly like it as a disc priest, mainly because I hardly ever use flash of light. Also, other healers are getting mana reduction to heavily used spells: Druids 10% reduced mana cost for Rejuvination Do you think that the use of Flash of Light will increase come 5.0 launch?
