There is a lot that I'm looking forward to in Legion I don't know where to start. New class mechanics, New zones, artifacts, raids. There are many quest items I've sold/deleted over the years that this new transmog system we will be a godsend. As far as my favorite WoW moment, it would have to be a tie. Tanking the Lich King for the first time on progression and everytime I ran Halls of Reflection (my favorite wrath heroic). My first heroic Garrosh kill is a close second.
