  1. fifteen bucks/€ instead of twenty.
  2. All I hope is that this will finally be a rather well thought-out adventure with steadily climbing difficulty rather than the absolute RNG garbage we've had so far, especially in anomaly mode. One can dream, right?
  3. Go to some stat site, check the tier list and assume it's (a variant of) the highest deck for the class you're facing. It's a sad truth that people will netdeck and use the best classed one(s). After that, it's always a gamble. But it pays off more often than not.
  4. Meh... I'd really have preferred they'd just Hall of Fame it like Baku and Genn (and good riddance to bad rubbish!) but it was probably too drastic since it's a class card. For the rest, it's just brute-force slowing down of the problems, which works. A much more elegant way to deal with conjurer's calling would have been to make it so it took the dynamic mana cost into account rather than the base one. But then again, it is probably too much coding work for too little gain.
  5. You might want to consider Salhet's Pride as card draw instead of the acolytes. A Baleful Banker for a second round of cooking (or wishing) might help as well, but face it, at that point stopping wasting time, conceding and finding another opponent is probably the smarter move by far.
  6. I'll rebound on this with first impressions, both from personal attempts and watching streamers go at it: - Druid: too slow, the "Choose One" cards often being clunky until the quest is completed. This needs some serious refining, but it looks promising. - Hunter: Solid, if one-dimensional. Fight for the board and keep it at all costs. - Mage: Too slow for now. Very strong in Control vs. Control matchups, but otherwise a liability. - Paladin: No frickin' idea. Didn't pull it and everyone and their mothers are playing Murloc Paladin when they play pally (and that one looks l
  7. Right, let's see: Zephrys, we'll have to see how it turns out with the myriad possibilities Hearthstone offers, this will entirely depend on how well-coded the discovery algorithm behind him is. 11/10 concept though, really original card. Hunter quest has an insane effect, but it'll reasonably only be completed around turn 7 while sacrificing turn one, which might really not be such a good idea against another aggro deck... We'll see. Solid, if very one-dimensional card Mischief Maker... Nah. Zoo can certainly give away a card but wants to kill you before any combo hits and othe
  8. As you discovered, there is indeed a hard-coded turn limit in Hearthstone. If you're curious, it's 89 playable turns. at the start of turn 90, both players automatically explode in 'defeat' (actually a draw, just like when both players die at the same time).
  9. The result is also on an entire different level. Pre-nerf Fiery War Axe was always considered one of the best weapons ever, you get an infinite amount of them that allow you to smash freely into anything on top of it because you're immune. The only other quest to come close to that is Priest.
  10. Meh... This is either an all-out finisher for a balls-to-the-wall face deck or a Silence priest card, but otherwise...
  11. Pharaoh's Blessing seems decent but kind of slow. BoK only seems play in specific decks those days, and I'm a bit doubtful if Divine Shield + Taunt is worth the two extra mana in those. We'll see. Tomb Warden is kinda meh on its own, quite slow and not really scary in the late game. However with all the taunt buffs Warrior is getting those day, it has the potential of being quite insane! Embalming Ritual seems pretty scary on premium minions like Convincing Infiltrator or Zilliax. This will see play wherever Priests does. Bone Wraith, myeah... Pretty good in arena, probably won'
  12. Yeah well, I think you said it all... In a vacuum this would be a nice quest, but as long as (long paragraph of vehement cursing censored) Dr. Boom, Mad Genius exists, this won't see any play.
  13. A (video) picture is often worth more than a thousand words:
  14. A 4/2 stealth followed by a 4/1 stealth for 5. Not too great, but workable. Jungle Panther is decent enough in arena, so this should certainly find its place there if nowhere else.
  15. Diseased Vulture is pretty strong, a fine addition in any Zoo-ish deck and even a consideration in more control-oriented decks to force out answers. Neferset Ritualist... Murder on wheels in arena, but constructed... Most decks want to either cheat big minions out or flood with sacrificial weenies. That leaves Priest, but a 2/3 is terrible in a ressurect deck... Myeah... Anubisat Warbringer is just meh. Played for his full mana cost it's just too slow. In a Plot Twist Warlock deck to combo off Bertug and Dorian... maybe? As for the Anka - Necrium Vial combo people suggested, I don't
