I don't agree at all. I've been playing MM hunter all through this X-Pac and I actually saw an increase in my DPS since Legion patch. My hunter is sitting in 732iL gear with maxes ring and pre patch I was doing around 75kDPS on average. Since patch I'm now pulling around 80-90kDPS on average sometimes hitting up to 110k DPS and on large mobs in HFC I can hit 360k up to even 600k DPS. Check your rotation and for sure check your start priority since that did change but even with the stat change I have my starts for pre patch and I'm hitting those DPS levels.
