Make sure he is running Chaos Blades on Nythendra & Ursoc and not Fel Barrage - also if he isn't keeping Momentum up consistently it is viable for him to run Nemesis as it will simplify his mechanics though it isn't ideal he as a player may see an increase. That armory link is showing mastery on his gear which I hope is for tanking purposes he should be stacking Agi > Crit > Vers/Haste equally > mastery lowest priority.
