Yes, leech provides more HPS than the other stats. It's only on yourself, but as a druid, the fastest you top your hit points, the fastest Ysera's gift can heal someone else ^^

Hi !! Rushing jade wind is great for aoe aggro. I think the advantage of the brewmaster is his great mobility, torpedos, speeds, taunt making mobs sprint, you have to use this to pack mobs and place them where you want to smash/breathfire them ^^ Don't let the mobs surround you :) (besides, any tank trys to avoid behing hit from behind)

Your dps isn't weak, just needs little adjustments: - try to stack more versatility (with rings/neck) (as i see your enchants you're already trying ^^) - change legs to head/chest if/when you have them (but priority is to keep 4pT21) - you can analyze log with this tool : https://wowanalyzer.com/ - your pull can be better, try to follow this guide : http://www.peakofserenity.com/2017/12/02/storm-earth-and-fire-in-antorus/ (try to cast touch of death just before Storm Earth and Fire cause it'll increase it's damage, try to cast SEF with already 4/5 chi )

I would say that, the toolkit you're asking are the lvl 100 talents. If you are feeling that your tanks are solid and that your beacons have a low impact, then play with the beacon of virtue. You want mastery to be more interactive and in relation to beacon ? Beacon of the lightbringer is exactly doing that :)

I think you should go for the cake, it's a good trinket, and less randomness make it more trustfull :)

Have you other legendaries to wear ? - Change your trinkets, you are wearing the 2 worst trinkets of NH. - Enchant your neck - I don't suggest enchanting/gemming haste, but your choice... - Put a 200 int gem

Hi ! 4 healers is too much for your group, in normal mode there's not much to heal... Your talents are good, maybe you could try inner peace because of your legendary boots, but it requires to use tranq very often to be effective. (and in normal mode i don't think there's enough damage) Like bobifle i'd say use more wild growth and less rejuv because it's too much overhealing with your comp. Again, don't stress too much for your hps in normal mode with 4 heals and small group, and a priest who is sniping faster than you hots ticks :p Wait for heroic mode to see

(stats sticks) - lifebloom uptime to improve ;)

Haste : I'd say try to have ~20% haste, and balance other stats, the more you have on one stat, the better are the others. Don't forget versatility, it's not a bad stat now. Talents : Except being poor in terms of HPS, the thing is that synergy between prosperity and SotF is awful. 1 - Having to cast a single target heal to gain a burst aoe when you need it, isn't efficient and logical. 2 - If you want to have full benefit of SotF, it means you have to cast swiftmend almost on cooldown, leaving you without your only instant saver.... 3 - if you use s

I think your dps is good (when you stay alive the whole fight :p). You are playing with players who have 10+ ilvl for the most, and have classes than can pull out more dps than a mm hunter (and are playing pretty well according to their ranking). This makes you feel that your dps is low, but i think you're not so bad. I think simcraft is more accurate, stats weight change depending on your gear, if you have a lot of haste already, then crit & vers will have more value to you. As you'll increase vers / crit, at some point haste will be the best stat again...
