As a BM you should aim for as much Agility as possible, always trying to combine that with Mastery and Haste; but the thing is: That will not always be a possible thing to do. Do a double check on how much agility you're standing right now, cuz I'm pretty sure that is the problem for you (assuming that you are following the right rotation and cooldowns usage, ofc). Dear Sloedjinn; You should ponder about how much Haste it gives to you and how much mastery you'll lose by switching between necks. There is no other way. so simcraft it (askmrrobot ftw). In my humble opinion, since Necks give you no Agility, you should prioritize Mastery any day of the week! Make no mistake, item level can make your eyes glow, but stick to your guns when it comes to stat priority.
