Its just like any other addon out there, some will like it and some wont. I installed it to see what it was and its just like having my skills drawn out from my actual bar which I find highly useless since I already have a skillbar for just that purpose but its like you say, healbot but for mistweavers and me personally dont see why one would need this :) If this benefits your gameplay and it improves your healing, dont hesitate to keep using it though.

The main problem I see is the rotations. For example I see that you are using vivify and effuse a lot more than essence font and thats a huge no-no. Essense font is your #1 heal raid-heal and in most cases that or renewing mist is going to be on top (I see good %'s of the uptime of renewing so thats good. Also, comboing mist with thunder focus tea can be very good). I suggest looking at other logs from other mw's to get a better understanding of what skills that are being used and to what degree!

After searching the web for BiS, stats etc etc etc all I've found it so far is that Mastery, dispite what every guide say, is the best stat. Haste is "useless" as it doesnt differ much. Enchant all the gear with versatility. I've also learned that Mark of the ancient priestess doesnt trigger with healing so I cant say thats a good option. Other than that, im clueless. I'm currently 26%/17%/247%/7% (crit, haste, mastery, versatility) @ 870ilvl and it works as it should I suppose.
