Hi! I noticed on the armory your crit isn't at 30%. Try raising that to 30%, or even close to 35%, and then focus on Mastery. Mine was low as well and my numbers seemed to be low. I followed another priests advice and raised my crit. Trinkets, I have one for int and one for my stats, either crit or mast. My haste I keep between 5-10% because that's all you really need. For cool downs I use hymn in the beginning, and then it's usually up before the end of the fight, hymn boosts my numbers by a lot. I'm only 887 item lvl and I see anywhere from 350k-420k hps now.
