Hello, signed up for icy-veins just to say where was my problem whit this build. It's a little stupid... but maybe someone is the same as me. :D I had old Vengeful wind with only 3 bonus stacks, and that was the main reason for my sweeping wind to not last long. So maybe this will help someone. :) And thank you for this build mister, it is quite fun!!! :) ok, bye!
