    I found that clearing anything past GR65 is very rotation and rift dependent. I can pretty much farm 65 with my pet build and clear 70 in 10-12 mins depending on GR luck. I would advise to level your gems closer to 70 too https://us.battle.net/d3/en/profile/ShinoAmakusa-1467/hero/86986551
