I'm confused by this as well. It seems a lot of the information on the Builds and Talents page contradicts itself or is partially outdated. For example, in the Cheat Sheet section it states FoJ is better for 3+, but down in the Tier 2 section it states, "against 3 enemies, Zeal is best". Which is it? Is FoJ considered better than Zeal for 3+ targets simply because it has a shorter cooldown and would build up more holy power for more frequent DS?
And what about having the tier 20 4-piece? It is stated that Zeal is best for single target if you have it and yet FoJ is then better for AoE? No
