Early 5.2 Simulation Numbers (Simcraft PTR Model for Build 16650)
Soultrain replied to Zagam's topic in General Discussion
I was hearing Ele was supposed to get better lol those numbers seem to look otherwise. Hopefully the results are different when 5.2 goes live -
No problem :P that first cup makes all the difference lol

That is a good pet to have if the rest of the buffs are covered. Ravager's also give this rebuff, but "+4% Physical Damage taken — does not stack with Brittle Bones, Ebon Plaguebringer, Acid Spit, Ravage, Stampede,Judgments of the Bold, and Colossus Smash" If you go check out the hunter page and go to buffs it lists a breakdown of what buffs/debuffs all the pets give and what their counterparts are that are given by players and other pets and if they stack or not, although I don't believe any of them stack. So for the most part it depends on your groups make up.In some cases it may be more

Yeah I'd be hoping to start a 10 man group. My group uses the EPGP system we end up ignoring it anyway and rotating gear around to who needs it most. From what you are saying about DKP id probably avoid it seeing as how people may end up being swapped around in a fresh group to see what works best. I've heard about loot council but I don't know why it is, a lit of my group says they like it. For the most part the loot systems are tunes for 25 man guilds? Is that what I'm getting?

I would just like to get some input on different ways to award loot in raids, such as EPGP, loot council, and such... The guild I an in now runs with EPGP, which seems pretty good. Seems like a fair way to award those who show up on time and raid often while still allowing new raiders to get gear. The addons do seem to get buggy and not work sometimes. I've also raided with the classic loot master /roll system. I'm not a huge fan of that as their is no reward system for being on time or putting extra time in and raiding more often and it adds a bug break after bosses to get gear out. Im hop

Valentines Day dungeon! You can grab a free 480 neck piece with little effort. Honestly what I did was hit 90 and got all 463 gear. My whole group was sitting in the 462-8 range when we first headed into Mogu'shan Vaults. I hated dailies. So I did Klaxxi and by the time I get the rep for gear we were starting to make some decent progression into MSV. So I gave up on dailies. I did notice though that many members in my group were shooting 5-10 or more ilvls ahead of me. That was because they dis the work and got their rep gear. Lesson learned was you do not need to do dailies and get all tha

Ive been looking for a cool plate set and a nice 2H sword model for my DK. I got lucky and picked up Abaddon from Ulduar the other week and loved the model so I had to build a set around it. Luckily I had the Heroic Brackenshell Shoulderplates and had the crafted cobalt gear from Wrath made, could probably find a better color match but I like it. http://www.figureprints.com/wow/Customize.aspx?id=7146245&n=Soloran&r=Steamwheedle+Cartel&pid=0 For some reason that was the only site that would load my correct transmog. The armory was showing my dps set equipped but displaying my t

Same question but upgraded normal Starshatter vs LFR Shin'ka? I heard startshatter was a bit ahead of the LFR version axe. Could be completely wrong though

Depends on how you want to heal really Shaman use big heals and put out bigger heals when the target has lower health (yay mastery), totems are cool too. One of my favorites Disc priest use absorbs and mitigations, use bubbles to help prevent damage. My favorite for pvp. I want to try my monk for healing but my raid healer loves it. Kind of a combat healer can pull 20k dps and 60k hps easy. It's all a matter of preference really. I don't like my priest in raids but love my shammy raiding. Also certain beakers will shine on different fights, monks are great for galaron and our disc priest i

That is terrible. People play games most times to escape their real lives, to make new friends and to have fun. To have that taken because you are sub par in a game is just wrong. I try to make it a point to help those on my server who post in trade chat with questions. I'll bring them to a target dummy or on a random dungeon and help them tweak. I have directed more than a handful of people to icy-veins. This site is great for helping new players, returning players and veterans alike. Definitely a helpful and good natured community

Tidalwavex summed it up pretty well. Comes down to how fast you can get off those aimed shots. Elitist Jerks has a nice break down for those haste break points. If your dps is still holding up with the rest of your group do it how you feel comfortable. If your group is having issues or you want to get into a more competitive dps race. Definitely check those break points

That would definitely be interesting to see which areas gained/lost the most players. I've only been playing for the past 2 years but I love this game. My guess may be that, at least in the US, with the declining economy people can't afford it. I know a good bit of people that stopped playing due to money. Could also just be the length of time WoW has been out. Some players may just be burnt out. I know I lose interest sometimes and stop playing for a few weeks.
