I have so many things to say. I see Sylvanas has also discarded the Forsaken or at least is terribly disappointed by them. It also seems odd that her fanatical followers would just let the Horde-Alliance army in. Was the death of Saurfang by black smoke against the Mak'gora rules ? I always supected she just wanted casualties but I still don't know why. Maybe the reason lies with Helya's bargain as we know she is alive. What if Sylvanas wants to imprison Helya in the dagger and take her powers ? In the end, whatever she will do, she will use azerite to power it(or empower).

I also thought it was Orpeas mother at the first teaser because of colours but the second teaser doesn't seem to have any connection with it. The hero seems to be an Overwatch one, maybe Lucio's sister ? Maybe Lucio's sister is angry on Orpea,s mother.

The reworks I mentioned could (or more like buffs to Rexxar) were supposed to give some quality of life imporvements(the meat stacks and now removed abatoir) while giving the a moderate buff. Rexxar now takes camps much slower(easy prey should work on Misha,Charge! only on mercs now to retain the pre-buff power ) and Butcher received a nerfs to his healing, attack power, armour. He(Butch) can reach max stacks almost as fast as he did before his changes.

Or you could make Resurrect into Mass Resurrect and strap a 120s cooldown on it. I have also noticed a trend in reworks: the heroes are changed and buffed then nerfed again to the same level of power they were before or even lower(Butcher, Rexxar). Lets see what happens with Chen .

Malthael could use a tweak to Tormented Souls at least as following: Wraith strike is refreshed on cast and every 4s. Its lvl 20 upgrade could also be made to have synergy with the recent change: While Tormented souls is active, kills refresh wraith strike. I suggest these for balance and also because I want to see a Wraith strike build. Other changes should be added to Orphea as it is very hard to see where she is aiming and where her waltz will land, the animation is confusing on this part as she is seen as a 2d hero than 3d(from my perspective).

You could add Murky with the sime time build but he requires more cleanses and shields than healing, but generates a lot of dmg if the enemy is more tanky and less damage oriented. Imperius can also burst fill her energy but as you said about melees, they are unreliable.

Blessing of the Bronze is a bit counterintuitive as it should have been a teamwide debuf. I mean, hearing "May the blessings of bronze be upon you" is not what you'd like hear in a moba.

Zul'jin deals very very high amounts of damage, can have dps and burst, has a lifesaver(Taz'dingo), a slow/root/30% movement speed, self-sustain. Whatever his weakness are he more than ofsets those with his aa range and damage. As for Rexxar, isn't his niche spamming aoe stuns and solo laning. Plus, now he has a way stronger early game.

The summary is one of the best things of icy-veins. While they fix Tormented Souls maybe they will also fix Rain of Where's The Distruction and its level 20 (up ?)grade Still No Impact.

Anduin's face resembles Superman's in Injustice 2 but his posture makes him look womanly.

Hanzo's skin is amost a tint of the original one. There aren't many differences between the two.

I hope you do know that if Bliz goes down so do his games. What I don't understand is what does these mean: bungie will create content for destiny without bliz,with blizz, or they are just managing the game's expansions ?

The Cho'gall and Samuro's Way of illusion nerfs were misplaced. Sam's quest was weak because it gave him a lousy bit of dmg. And regarding the base Runic explosion nerf on Gall, I am surprised to see they are nerfing the base kit without buffing talents.
