I don't see anyone mentioning the following so i'll give you a heads up: the Curse of Ultimate Doom can be dispelled with the Putification Potion item. Because Kanrethad casts this spell all the time in the fight you won't stop the curse completely... but you will delay it from triggering for another 7 minutes if you use this right before it triggers. Make sure you use your pit lord's Fel Flame Breath right before you use this potion to make sure all other debuffs are off of you.
