Orgrimmar portal to Dornogal is downstairs (where you find CoT portal). It is to your immediate left as you exit the stairs. The Stormwind portal is on the 2nd level (right side) of the new wing of the portal room. Go up the stairs that wrap around the central pillar to get to it.

I'm running @ 3840 x 2160 on a 28" UHD Samsung monitor. I must have narrowed the window when I was scrolled down before I took the break, as dragging it wider revealed the shift. I can't say the window seemed especially narrow to me so I took two pics for reference, so you can see where the shift occurs. So I came back to what I was looking at last night, and noticed stuff had changed. Either you pushed a new site design overnight, or somebody has some 'splaining to do. I cleared my cache, etc. just in case...but it looks like a "for mobile" platforms design. The logo is missing. See pic. -p
