So on dual target situations (Twins and the like) and the recent Blood Boil nerf, is spamming blood boil in a dual target situation still optimal or do we do our rotation on 1 target and just keep diseases up on the other now or what?

I have tried all 3 specs and am finding them very lacking on 5+ target AOE and really bad for burst AOE. Anyone else seeing the same thing or am I missing something? Arcane may be decent but nothing is alive long enough for me to build stacks of Arcane charge.
