I have ilvl 677 and other hunters do more DPS, what am i doing wrong. is it my gear. isit my rotation???

First thing I notice is that Advanced Combat Logging is not turned on.  Please turn this on for future logs (system > network).

14/18 CS casts - Lost ~263k damage (1566 dps), this needs to be used on cd.

2/3 AMoC casts - Lost 125k damage (744 dps)

No Pre-pot.

Opener should look something like this:

Pre-Pot > AMoC > CS > RF + On uses (Coin, racials, etc) > AS/SS spam (only use SS to have enough focus for when CS comes off cd and to sustain focus for AS).
