hello and thanks for your time!

 

i dont personally play a palidan healer, and we have one in our raid group its kind of hard for me to help him much. but he's kind of underperforming on 80% of pulls, we're starting to make plans to move to mythic and it would be super helpful not to need an extra healer to off set our weaker ones (sadly i do mean to say 'ones')

 

Anywho enough with that, here's some logs:

Unsaveable-LoH's tank

His itmlvl lower than other healers, you shoud look at it(10 itmlvl - big difference). For now he in ret-equip, so i am not shure what he have, cant give advise about it.

 

Glyps - AW glyph(-50% cd, -50% heal), HandOfSacrifice, LoH(bonus mana).

Talant - Sprint in tier1(with 45sec cd),Eternal Flame, Clemency.

Spritnt - let him react faster

Eternal flame - better in most situations(than SS)

Clemency - BoP for butcher, Sacrifice for tanks, Freedon at Kargat(tribunes, tank coud just run and do not recive dmg, if mobs slowed) and other(Ogrons bleed with bop etc).

 

Use AW(wings) more often, per 10 minute fight at least 4 times, or even 7! Always cast Prism of light twice per wings.

Dont use Light of Dawn, better cast Eternal Flame with 3+HP.

Check his beacon, if tank respec/change glyph before pull, beacon fall off. Your tanks shoud tell this, if they doing this.

His mana always very high before wipe. Probably he shoud heal more intencive at final-phase(Holy Radiance for Butcher enrange, Flash of Light tanks on Margok and other).

 

He rly shoud read guide at this site and check some logs. He cant give you 80k hps like top pally, but not this nuber interested - interested what this pallies using to heal encounter - direct heal or aoe? what glyph they chose, what talants?

i didnt know that, and he's always accusing me of clicking off beacon lol, im one of the tanks, and i end up changing at least a talent or glyph per boss fight.

 

and thank you for the advice, ill forward it to him, we raid on friday/saturday, so ill have some updated logs here in a few days to show you what's improved.
