[Unholy] DK low DPS on Heroic Mode

I think i miss something in my rotation because i'm surprisingly low on DPS.

There seems to be no damage from your pet on any of the fights. Looks like he might be on passive throughout.

You have really low soul reaper and defile damage. When you can use it you want to prioritize soul reaper over everything else and maximize your usage. Also defile almost didn't register it was so low. Make sure if you  use it that the boss completely marinates in it the whole duration and that your aim is right, the initial size is smaller than DnD so even though the aim glyph is the same, what you drop is smaller
