Underperforming

Hello!

I've recently started playing WoW, and just been raiding for a month.

With MM i do around 22-23k dps single target, and with survival I do around 21-22k.

I c other hunters doing a hell of a lot moore damage than I do. Been reading up on rotation, but i still dont get over 23k.. 

Am I just crappy :D? Or have I been doing something wrong?
