PL NP sounds interesting... Correct me if I'm wrong here but the rotation would be Outbreak - normal rotation for bout 29 seconds - PL and reapply a rime proc rinse repeat? So in turn getting an extra obliterate at the cost of 1 tick of NP? I don't play frost much anymore but I'm guessing an extra 15 stack tick of NP is perhaps 25k and obliterate prolly average.. 50k for argument sake, so at best that's the equivalent of an extra tick of NP u would gain... Or am I completely wrong?
