My ilvl 873, I do about 300k overall in EN normal/heroic and I'm wondering if that is the right amount dps for shadow priest and this ilvl. I usually do rather low dps on Ursoc and Nythendra, not entirely sure why but I still do above 200k.

I know Void Torrent is my highest priority. But I feel like using first VB to make sure my dots get refreshed is more important.
Is it more important to max/min my insanity decay (Use VoiT instantly) or make sure my DOT uptime is maximized?

About us
We are a core group of EU/US off-time people focused on tackling endgame content. Our members range in age from 20-40 with a variety of personalities and backgrounds, although many are active duty US military posted overseas.
Note: We prefer to recruit people on a permanent basis -- this means mature, stable people living in Europe, or longtime Nightshift people living in the US.

Future plans
Actually we have a strong core group of 15-16 playes and several backups.
Our desire is to increase the size of the core group by supplementing it with dedicated, skilled and experienced raiders in order to be ready for MYTHIC content in 6.2.
we are creating a mobile system of ranking that will allow players, who deserve it, to be part of a solid progression group.
EPGP loot system will always ensure a balanced loot distribution, without any privileges for senior members.

First of all, you will find a pleasant and fun raiding environment. We think that having good human relationships is the basis for a successful group.
Then, we are willing to help players that are a bit behind on gear and/or progression. It wont be a carry though, you will have to show us commitment and dedication to the guild and convince us you deserve our efforts.

Attendance
Since we are a tight knit roster, reliable attendance from all raiders is important. Raiders are not penalized for occasional absences, however they are expected to post any scheduled absences ahead of time.

Our expectations
Applicants should have a focus on continual improvement at the individual and raid level, and be able to use appropriate resources to research their class, raid role and boss encounters.
Having flasks, potions, special food, proper enchants and gems is not an option.
