There are a couple of similar threads and I can just copy-paste stuff from there, which would be mostly correct in your case. Checked gruul:- Dont use Stellar Flare (Pre 6.1) for a single target fight => Euphoria - Mondfire uptime 95 % - good - Sunfire uptime 73% - bad - Dont use Glyph of Celestial Alignment - It has none benefit - Use CA 1 secound after Inc. You had 9 secounds in between - Check the Guide and the other topics for the proper opener. You casted Moonfire, Starsurge and Starfire before CA. - Use your 2nd Inc / CA . Broloo 0 Report post Posted February 26, 2015 Ok, thank you for the response guys. it didnt make sense to me at first to pop CA at the start but i found a post that explained why so that helped a lot. but i think what i really want to know is what talents i should be using... i read the information for it but i just dont know. if i use euporia, it stated that i would need to use soul of the forest. but then i see inc used on almost everything. also, most of these posts barely talk about stellar flare so im guessing that its not worth using? Talents depend from Boss to Boss. Yes, there is a lot of theory discussion about SotF. "You should SotF in this kind of fights and INC on other"...But to be honest. Thats just theoretically. For me only real numbers counts...and those numbers you can see at the Top Rankings of Warcraftlogs. And those Top ranked Moonkins do all have INC. A other fact is, that except for Gruul, there is no real 100& single target fight in Brf. At all other Bosses you will pop Starfall at a specific moment of the fight, thus making SotF ineffectiv. For the tier7 talent it really depends what Boss you deal with. Especially since 6.1 and with 2pc of T17. e.g.: BoP or StelarFlare is a better Talent for Maidens than Euphoria. Euphoria is better for Gruul and Oregorger. The reason why most post barely talk about Stelar Flare is because it had been useless before 6.1. Patch is released now for almost a week. I did ok with a few fights but still working on the aoe fights like Kromog. Tested BoP but the timing with the hands and solar eclipse just kills me... I also thought that Euphoria would be bad on Oregorgor since they are a lot of movement. I read on the guide and it stated that it would kill dps if there are a lot of movements... Bonita 8 Report post Posted March 3, 2015 Hi Broloo, yes stats prio is important. There is a general BIS-gearlist. Until you get those items, just try to upgrade your gear with Mastery items (without versality). BoP is in my opinion not that good at Kromog, because he is singletarget fight. To handle hands you try to Sunfire-Dot every target available and Starfall... For the 2nd Hands you should use INC/CA and DOT, Starfall every hand. the reason why Euphoria is best choice for Oregorger is, that real movement is only required while he is rolling looking for his ore. And within this rolling phase you dont really need to move that much. The secret here is, that when this phase starts, you DOT und Starfall as many crates you get into target and then just stay in the center of the room and DPS Oregorger. Broloo 0 Report post Posted March 4, 2015 Bonita... can i be your apprentice...? lol. so pretty much stack on mastery and any other stat besides versatility. i just need to do more lfr to get more confidence on my rotation then i can do normals to get the gear i need. heroic can only be done on my feral spec for now lol. one other question though, would it be ok to use pots the second before the fight starts with Inc? or just use it along with CA? Also you need to understand (really understand ^^) why you doing INC -> CA -> Moonfire -> Berserk/Starfire in this order. This needs to get into you mind. 1st) If you Berserk before INC and CA you will waste that haste buff. There is no benefit for you if you use it at first, then hit INC...then have to wait 1,5 seconds because of GCD of INC, then use CA with MF and then finally start casting with Starfire. You loose at least 4-5 seconds (at Hans&Franz you waste 8 seconds) of that valuable buff. The reason why we play as a troll is that buff ..10 Seconds up with 15% haste. Spend that 10 seconds only for Starfire casts (and Starsurge to get Empowerment buff) 2nd) Always INC before CA. Inc has an duration of 30 seconds, CA lasts for 15. You want them both alive to burst as much as possible.
