I mean in theory there's not really a point where you'd want to stop, you can't get to the point where you'd be under the global on Cobra without any haste buffs, and even then haste is good for our pets more so than us. Because Mastery is only better by a few hundred on single target, but haste is ahead of mastery by thousands in AoE.
