It doesn't really matter how successful a deck is on lower ranks (which I assume you are based on the "recently new to hearthstone" statement). Once you tested it in legend ranks, you can post it to several websites like www.hearthpwn.com, with a good explanation how it works, preferably some gameplay videos with it.
