Rogue haste

When using the reforge optimizer on this site, "Mr. Robot", it informed me to reforge my gear from mastery to haste. However, when reading the site I noticed that Mastery>Haste. This is confusing, other than the fact I may be hitting some rupture breakpoint. Can anyone provide the haste breakpoints for me?

Mr Robot did the same thing to me yesterday and I was wondering the same question. It use to be all Mastery with hit/expertise now its telling me to reforge into a lot of haste and away from mastery, I am now also confused,lol. I am Assasination and a link to my armory is http://us.battle.net/wow/en/character/turalyon/Killamajig/simple . Im just wondering if Mr Robot is correct in making me reforge into haste now as I did yesterday or should I go all back into mastery with jsut reaching hit/expertise as usual?

I'm not real familiar with how MrRobot works with stat weights and simcraft, however, I will say that shadowcraft will tell you to reforge haste over mastery at times because of your RPPM trinks. For BiS, haste is actually weighted over mastery if you have 2 RPPM trinks in both slots. This is due to haste increasing proc rates for RPPM trinks. My guess is that this is what may be happening because of your Bad JuJu.
