[WW] Chi Ex fights such as Maidens. Which stats are best?

Do you guys change gear for fights where we cleave like on Iron Maidens? I usually go for crit/multi on serenity/chi brew fights but was wondering if you guys which out some items to boost your haste for chiex fights.
