About Us:

 

Renovo was created in the middle of Wrath of the Lich King by players from a dead hardcore raiding Guild, that wanted to maintain hardcore progression, but with a more casual raiding schedule and approach. We have been going strong ever since. We are a 20-man Mythic semi-hardcore guild with serious and fun raiding environment with a very active and dedicated Officer-team that keeps the Guild running smoothly, and we always welcome new faces to join our community.

 

We are currently recruiting exceptional players to join our core roster to continue progressing on mythic BRF.

Tier 16 - 14/14 heroic before 1st HP nerf on Garrosh.

Tier 15 - 12/13 heroic in ToT.

Tier 14 - 11/16 heroic.

 

Cataclysm

Tier 13 - 8/8 heroic with the 15% nerf.

Tier 12 - 6/7 heroic before the 30% flat nerf on FL.

Tier 11 - 9/13 heroic.

What can we expect from you

 

Skill, A full knowledge and capability of your class is a must and you should be able to demonstrate that as much as you can the better you are the faster your trial end. This includes being able to play Off-Spec's if needed.

 

Awareness, you must be able to be in the right position at the right time, and be able to see and react quickly enough to avoid taking unnecessary damage.

 

Reliable, you must be able to provide 100% attendance unless you can't that night, you have to submit an AFK post on forums, the reason why you can't be able to be attended that night should be included

 

Tactics, We expect you to turn up to Progression Bosses having done as much research about the encounter as possible and that can be found on the forums under (Boss Tactics) where there will be videos and details of the fight we going to be progressing on for that raid night.

 

Respect, We expect you to be able to respect the other, and respect raiding schedules. being 100% prepared and being able to raid for a full night unless something mandatory comes up. 

 

Communication, Access to mumble is mandatory. A working microphone is not required, but is generally acceptable.

 

Stable connection and a good PC, Having a stable connection and a reliable PC is mandatory to fulfill our full needs and be able to perform the best you can

 

 

 

What you can expect from us

 

Organised & structured raiding with a serious and fun environment.

 

A fair trialling system. We give all of our trials at least a 3 week period to prove themselves to us.

General information:

 

We use Mumble or TeamSpeak during our raids, and we expect raiders to be active and check our Guild forums. We offer Guild Repairs and the Guild Bank also offer Flasks at a greatly reduced price + free potions. enchanting mats and gems for our raiders.

 

We use a DKP-system to distribute loot with an addon(BidBot) you must get as soon as you join our raiding roster.

 

On off-days we do things like Flex raids, Challenge Modes, old raids for achievements, heroics and PvP for those interested.
