Yeah, that deck isn't getting anywhere close to Legend.

Trying it out a bit.  Fell from rank 8 to rank 9 messing with it for 8 matches.  Obviously, it's new to me and there is a learning curve, but I've lost to all 4 face hunters I played.  In this current meta where half of my games are against face hunters, I think this deck will struggle.  If you have any additional anti-aggro tips, I'd love to hear them.

Follow up:  2-6 so far with my 2 wins against Patron Warriors - Hellfire is amazing for those match-ups.  And, like I mentioned above, 4 losses to face hunters.  Not finding much use for bloodmage so far.  Also, with only 5 dragons, the dragon synergy cards can be a little hard to activate at times.  Might try swapping out Bloodmage and 1 Hellfire for maybe more dragons or another Zombie Chow since I'm facing so much aggro.

Edit:  Done for now.  Finished 3-6.  Good match-up is Grim Patron Warrior.  Bad is Face Hunter.

I don't get it at all.  I've gone 8-19 trying to learn this deck (played in ranked between 7-10).  In those 27 matches, I've NEVER gotten the pieces for a 1 turn Maly, Darkbomb, Soulfire combo.  I totally disagree with the previous poster... this deck is not consistent at all and is also very susceptible to aggro.

Is it possible to have both Chromaggus and Nefarian in this deck or just one or the other to make this deck work?

You can definitely add one more high value Dragon if you want to go that way. I think I saw Savjz playing a build that had both Nefarian and Malygos.

Against Aggro decks you shouldn't be playing to farm up combo pieces, you should be fighting for the board with the cards you have available and trying to outlast with Healbots and Taunt.

once again this deck is great for every mat h up except face hunter... even added taunt annoy tron and I definitely play to eliminate and gain control but I win only about 1 maybe 2 out of every 5 or 6 against face hunter... face hunter is about 80% what we play from 5-15, need a good answer to solve this issue it's been a problem way to long.

Great deck for every deck match up except face hunter again... from 5-15 I'm facing a ton of face hunter and winning about 2 out of every 6 or so... this is a constant problem Iv been having for a about 2 months and I think everyone else is also. iv added taunt and I play to eliminate/control board get heal bot etc... it's not working, I'd love a good answer to this face hunter issue.. it's all that's standing in my way to 5 under. I'm ranked 7 atm. Thanks sottle for all the help, can't wait to hear back!

Face Hunter is pretty weak right now in my opinion, and that opinion is shared by many. Most Hunter players at high ranks are running either Midrange or Hybrid. I think this deck beats Face Hunter to be perfectly honest, so does Patron Warrior, Flamewaker Aggro Mage, Control Warrior and Grinder Priest. Freeze Mage and Handlock are both slightly favoured as well, that's a huge chunk of the meta that the deck loses to.

Can you play this deck a bit during a stream? I would like to see how to play it correctly I am just not able to do well with it but im not quite sure what im doing wrong. I push hard for board control as best I can but allot of times I still get overwhelmed.

This deck is total crap. I cant win vs controll wariors or face hunters. This deck goes over to fatigue stage because its countered so easely. 90% of the time i played this deck i went to Fatigue stage because i did not have enough firepower, never able to play malygos combo either because it gets cleared like immidiatly. This deck core is Malygos if Malygos is actualy dead you lose the match for sure and go to fatigue stage course you drew to many cards in the early stage.

All the QQ'ing because you didn't instantly hit Legend with a deck your learning to use is amusing. I woudln't expect to master a new deck instantly myself. Thanks for yet another fun to play GREAT deck Sottle, as always enjoy your input ! Also have to agree that while Face Hunter scared me the first few times it tore out my jugular, have since learned how to handle them and I didn't see them much for the last week in the 8-10 bracket. Happy Hunting !

Another awesome Dragon deck! Does take a little finesse and getting to know the deck to get it to play right but loving it! Don't understand all the complaints because a deck doesn't instantly take you from rank "x" to legend in 2 hours? Like everything else takes practice and time! Always enjoy reading your suggestions and advice, happy hunting!

If i wanted to add the rend blackhand to have more answers to big legendaries and also add some tempo and also keep my big mage hunter would the best choice be syphon soul right? And if i wanna add nefarian loatheb would be the one i could take out for him???

U are absolutely right man its an awesome deck and fun to play but like u said it takes pracrice to master it so u wont be ranking up at the beginning because u need to learn the deck first and what to mulligan for each type of deck u are facing and what to play.

For what it's worth I can't  get too far with this deck (probably because I suck) but I absolutely love it! It's soo fun.  One sub I did was to remove 1 Twilight Drake and replace it with Lord Jaraxxus for those close to death moments and when entering the "fatigue" stage.

In general on Mulligans I look for one of each 3:

1. Health, (Healbot, Jaraxxus or Earthen Ring Farseer (in that order of priority))

2. Hellfire (for anti-aggro)

3. A dragon (since some cards depend on having one in your hand)

I only play Emperor Tharussian when I have at least one of the following in my hand: Malygos, SoulFire.  This way, it is possible that you can get 18 damage in 1 turn (Malygos and both Soulfires if the other doesn't get discarded)

Hearthstone is taking a bold step into the StarCraft universe with "Heroes of StarCraft: The Great Dark Beyond," a 49-card mini-set launching in January 2025.
Featuring iconic factions like Zerg, Protoss, and Terran, complete with legendary leaders Sarah Kerrigan, Artanis, Jim Raynor, this set blends StarCraft nostalgia with Hearthstone's gameplay.
Additionally, Arena Mode is getting a massive overhaul, introducing shorter Normal Arena runs and a high-stakes Underground Arena with a game matching "re-draft on loss" mechanic, giving you the option to re-draft cards, edit your deck, and keep your run alive, after you lose.
The year ahead promises 3 expansions, including the Emerald Dream's battle between Old Gods and Druids, a return to Un'Goro Crater, and a Chromie-led journey through alternate realities.

Hearthstone: Heroes of StarCraft – The Great Dark Beyond Mini-Set
Early next year, Hearthstone is going beyond Warcraft and into... Heroes of StarCraft! This special Mini-Set will have a whopping 49 new cards across three themed factions, which show what the StarCraft universe would look like in the Hearthstone Tavern. Each faction is made up of cards that can be used across multiple classes, including an iconic Hero card.
       Zerg
Death Knight, Demon Hunter, Hunter, and Warlock have joined the Zerg! Led by the formidable  Sarah Kerrigan, they will have aggressive cards that win the game by swarming the board.
       Protoss
Druid, Mage, Priest, and Rogue fight for the Protoss Empire. Led by the High Templar Artanis, they will have powerful, high-cost cards that are made cheaper throughout the game.
       Terran
Paladin, Shaman, and Warrior make up the Terran forces, led by the one and only Jim Raynor. They will command Battlecruisers—a special take on the Starship mechanic from The Great Dark Beyond.
The Mini-Set will feature a slew of StarCraft units which are sure to invoke nostalgia, as well as the Terran-armored Murloc, Grunty, and new, thematic music. You can chart a course for the Heroes of StarCraft Mini-Set, launching in January 2025! More announcements, details, and card reveals are coming closer to launch.
       Major Arena Updates
Then, for the first time in 10 years, Arena Mode is getting a major overhaul. With that update, there will be two kinds of Arena to choose from. Normal Arena will be shorter form, allowing you to complete your runs more quickly. Competitive Arena players will be able to play in the higher-stakes Underground Arena, with longer runs and a new feature: Re-Draft on Loss. Re-Draft on Loss means that, after you lose, you’ll have the option to re-draft cards, edit your deck, and keep your run alive.
Ratings will also be added to both Normal and Underground Arena. Normal, skill-based matchmaking will be used for Normal Arena. Underground Arena throws caution to the wind and lets you face off against opponents of all skill levels.
This major Arena revamp is coming in the first half of next year. Look out for more details about this update closer to when it goes live.
A Preview of the Year Ahead: The Year of the Raptor!
On top of those updates, Hearthstone has an exciting year of expansions ahead, with much-requested themes, locations, and familiar faces across Azeroth.
In the first expansion of the year, enter the Emerald Dream and join the battle between the Old Gods and the Druids of the Emerald Dream for the fate of the World Tree. Things will heat up even more when the Druids of the Flame light up the Mini-Set (releasing earlier than normal this year, during the 32.2 Patch).
The second expansion of the year will be Hearthstone’s first-ever sequel: the return to Un’Goro Crater! Join Elise on a hunt for a mythical, lost Tortollan city. When you find it, join the Tortollans in a festival to celebrate the mighty dinosaurs of the crater in the 33.4 Mini-Set.
In the third expansion of the year, travel with Chromie through alternate realities to recruit Legendary Warcraft heroes like you’ve never seen them before. Leading to the 34.4 Mini-Set: an epic showdown against Murozond at the end of time!
