Latest Raid Log: BRF Normal Mode - operator Thogar fight. We got him down to 30% in our best attempt so I ahve updated the data for that log.

How I use my skills:

Lifebloom - Keep it on the Tank at all time

Wild Mushroom - Situational, typically I ahve this under the Tank or under a group of players if we gather in groups for tactical reasons during fights

Wild Growth - use this on CD but only when sveral or more people have taken/ are about to take damage. Try to wait until Swiftmend is off CD before casting since I took Soul of the Forest

* I typically do not paid any other spell with the buff I get from Soul of the Forest other than Wild Growth. Is that bad?

Swiftmend - use this for emergency healing and also to get bonus from Soul of the Forest before I cast Wild Growth

Healing Touch - Use this heal when a player has taken damage but they need to be healed for more health than Rejuv can offer or it would be safer to heal them ow rather than wait for a HoT to top them off

Rejuivinate - I use this a lot. I cast this on players that have taken damage but do not need to be healed now or have not taken that much damage. I also pre HoT people wih this spell when they are aout to take damage. In addition, this the main heal I use rather than spamming Healing Touch.

Wrath - I almost never use this in raid, since people are usually taking so much damage. But during low damage phases I use this to smart Heal people that have taken damage.

 

My guild is currently progressing through BRF Normal, I have uploaded a log for that fight where we got him down the lowest. Basiclly, I am looking for general advice on what I could do to improve my healing, overall. I'm pretty sure that I am on the right track having studied my abilities and the synergies they get from various Talents/Glyphs. I do think that someone with my GS should have higher heals than  20k HPS.

I don't use Askmrrobot so I'm not gonna have a look at those links. Just thought I would correct one of your statements:

Rejuvenation has about 55% higher HPET than Healing Touch and it's about 15% more mana efficient to use as well (unless you're healing the target with your active Lifebloom). You should always use Rejuvenation for single target healing. If the target is dangerously close to dying, then Regrowth is your choice of ability.

 

I also see no mention of Genesis. This a super effective tool for emergency healing. If you find yourself using Regrowth too much, it is better to start spamming more Rejuvenations and then hitting Genesis once in a while.

I would use Warcraft Logs but when I log the raids and then choose where to save then upload the data it's always blank. No one has been able to help me figure out why. So, I have to use AskMrRobot :(

Make sure its linked to the correct file [combatlog.txt], or live log... But do you have any logs from kills? Much easier to analyse Heres a couple of my Logs from Thogar though if there of any use to you
