Modalko 10 Report post Posted May 20, 2015 Expert packs are just classic packs. Currently the in-game name is just classic packs, but they used to be called expert packs until a few months ago. The cards that you can unlock just by levelling Heros are known as "The Basic Set" and all other cards (Commons, Rares, Epics, Legendaries) are known as the "Expert Set", hence Expert Pack.
