Need help under performing.

I haven't yet looked at your logs but the two best pieces of advice I can give you are

 

1. Enrage. Keep it up AS MUCH as you can. I cannot emphasize this enough.

 

2. Does the fight have adds? Spec Bladestorm and save all of your long cooldowns (avatar/recklessness/trinkets) for when adds are up. You can also spec ravager for adds, however, if the boss moves a lot, I would go with Anger Management, to get more Recklessness CDS.
