Ret paladin using HEKILI with DPS problems

I am struggling with DPS and I really cannot figure out why.  It would be great if somebody could give me some pointers.

If you're using an addon for rotation assistance I'd suggest CLCRet over anything, Scrubbuster's Ret Dakeshii (world 10 BRF Ironbane and world first's ret to kill M BH) suggests it and I can probably dig up some good strings for you to put in to help you with your rotation.

Thanks!  I have used it before and could easily switch back.  If you could point me to a string to try out, that would be very much appreciated.

I haven't been able to find one much better than eds5_fv tv_dp_4s eds_4s tv5 how exo_bc eds_fv_aw_exec tv_aw_exec cs j eds_fv tv_dp tv4 exo tv3 so I'd give it a shot
