nightsekim 0 Report post Posted June 13, 2015 (edited) Been raiding in heroic BRF for a 3 weeks now and noticed my DPS is subpar, looking for feedback and help on what I'm doing wrong during my rotation as a combat rogue. Any help is greatly appreciated. Armory: http://us.battle.net/wow/en/character/zuljin/Tuntematon/simple Logs: https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports/Jq9z4PRTyAj6rnYp https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports/W8Bz9yhZLC4wYfjg I feel like I'm missing something and know I can do better DPS. Thank you. Edited June 13, 2015 by eychar
Rerox 0 Report post Posted June 14, 2015 (edited) OK, aside from the typical points like "RvS and SnD uptime need to be higher (90%+)" and "you need more "active time on the bosses (95%+)" there are some things that puzzle me. Why did you take MfD, instead of Anticipation as Talent, it is much more benificial for Combat playstyle You seem to have somewhat sub par Eviscerate damage, I can not find a reason for. But for me the most important point is that you don't use Blade Flurry. In your Logs you used it only on Operator Throgar, but forgot to use it on Maidens, Beastlord, Flamebender, Hans&Franz and even on Blast Furnace only for a short time... If you want to play Combat you need to use its arsenal to your maximum ability, if you prefer single target, play Sub... Also will switch to anticipation to see how it goes I used MFD because the guide says its a 2% increase single target. My evis damage I noticed was low when comparing on logs but never could figure out why other than they have the better ring than I, not sure if thats the factor I'm missing for higher evis or if its just some weirdness that I'm not getting or just getting really unlucky crits and hits on it :\. I'll start keeping rvs and snd up more, or being more diligent on when they go down etc. Edited June 14, 2015 by eychar
Carrn 284 Report post Posted June 15, 2015 MfD actually is a DPS increase, there's nothing wrong with that But yes, you should really be refreshing SnD with a few seconds left on it so it doesn't expire

Is it the ring or am I doing something way wrong somehow?
