Developed this using some data found and turned it into a useable spreadsheet.  Cut into 3 additional tabs with Vanquisher, Protector, and Conqueror token players split out and sorted to find where tier should go first.

Can you post the actual source of your data? "I took the information someone provided in .png form and turned it into a google doc." Where's the .png and who was the source?

I'm curious as to what profile was used for marksman, as I'm getting much different results.  ilvl is 716, heroic BiS gear (including trinkets) + all enchants, no race.  All gear is the same, only difference between profiles is which set bonuses are "on" or "off".

 

 

From 0 -> 2pc is worth 1.9% dps, and from 2->4pc is worth 17.65% dps (aka, get your hunters their 4pc asap).

Edit: The 735 ring is equipped, but the on-use effect is commented out of the APL, so it isn't ever used.

 

Edit 2: Well, I dun goofed and commented the ring usage line out on the wrong tab, reran the sims so that it's not being used.  Numbers are corrected above.
