Olisawow 0 Report post Posted July 3, 2015 Looked at a couple guides including one written by Shuttle (hpal from midwinter) and they all indicate that a hpal should use the gavel of eredar (1h off archimonde) and shield/OH with good stats (average ilvl heroic of 715-717.5). I, on the other hand, love the Warhammer of Arrogance off of Tyrant Velhari (2-handed mace, 715 ilvl heroic, massive crit w/ haste off stat). Does anyone know why the warhammer isn't considered to be at least a good alternate to the 1h/oh? Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Elarion 6 Report post Posted July 9, 2015 As i coud see - main problem you lose 100 spell power.Spell power weight always was higher than other stats, and 100 of it do the job. Main and secondary stats not differ much if you look only at numbers(ofcouse you have crit on 2H, and Haste on 1H). Not only crit give us hps bonus, haste/multistrike/masteryalso give us good bonus, it's just a bit weaker than crit. So main idea - if you like HighCrit and 2H you coud pick it, but you will lose 100 SpellPower and 5-10 stat points(with 715OH ). It's not rly big deal (if you not in 11/12 myphic guild xD), so dont bother yourself =) Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
