I downloaded Quartz for it's swing timer but it seems there are some issues many people are having with it where it keeps disappearing. I also looked into getting AzCastBar Swing Timer Plugin but I think it's outdated because it doesn't seem to show up. EDIT: I think I found a pretty good one called Gnosis.
