bany7947 0 Report post Posted July 15, 2015 Hi guys! I'm a beginner in the Wow and i just have some questions about shaman. 1) How should i play as enh shaman at the start? I feel like i did really low dmg when i was in my first dungeon. Is this class even strong? 2) What stats should i Look for in items? Is it agility? 3) can someone give me any advice about shaman gameplay?
Derienn 5 Report post Posted July 15, 2015 (edited) 1) Hekili addon might help you from the start 2) Agility + take everything with Haste, Mastery, and Multistrike 3) You can check the guide here on Icy Veins but the total basics are: - maintain the uptime of your fire totems - maintain Flameshock on your main target, spread it with Lava Lash to other targets, make sure it is empowered with Unleash Flame (a buff from your Unleash Elements spell) - try to cast Lightning Bolt/Chain Lightning only on targets affected by the debuff from your Storm Strike Everything else is either more advanced stuff or it's the same as for other DPS classes (such as buff stacking, prepotting, etc.), Check the guide for spell priorities. DPS doesn't count until max level :D Enhancement is a fun spec to play because its one of the faster rotations. Your abilities are split among several attacks. You want to poop em out as fast as possible. While you are doing this however, you have several priorities to watch out for previously noted; keeping totems up, keeping flame shock on the enemy, managing stacks of a buff. So, give it a chance and you may find you enjoy the fast paced rotation, the insane aoe damage, and the utility and power your totems can bring :D
