Fringedabyss97 0 Report post Posted July 20, 2015 I am having a lot of trouble keeping dps up above 20-21k in raids and i have no idea what could be the issue. I have read the forums and the icy veins guide for Fury time and time again and i have no clue whats wrong with my dps maybe my haste is too low maybe its just my gear i have no idea. http://us.battle.net/wow/en/character/thrall/Haddrehg/simple I am useing the rotation on the website and my talents change per fight to suit better for AOE or Single target. Thanks for the help

ripmacestun 2 Report post Posted July 24, 2015 Without being able to look at logs, I would assume the low value of your DPS is due to not keeping up enrage. Fury warriors are all about enrage uptime (90%+). Doing the rotation is great, but if you have 30-40% mastery and you're failing to keep your enrage up, your rotation is doing 30-40% less dps. While bloodthirst isn't a very high priority, make sure you're using it as much as possible without capping rage, raging blows, or bloodsurges. If your enrage fell off and you've had a BT or two without drawing an enrage, use your berserker rage to reactivate your enrage so you can keep your dps up. Basically, if your enrage is down, you shouldn't be spending rage (unless you're going to rage cap) until you get it back up.
Creon 0 Report post Posted July 27, 2015 Yeah its hard to say without logs I would definitely say the enrage uptime will be the most likely culprit make sure you are using something to track it i.e. weakauras or tellmewhen. I took a look at your armory your stat itemization is fine I mean a little more crit maybe 5 percent might help but you are prioritizing the right stuff. You have a lot of opportunity with trinket upgrades I would suggest investing with a skull of war if you have the means. It also could be possible that you aren't utilizing the best talents per encounter so it may be a good idea to look at the warcraft logs rankings specifically the cast logs for some of the top parses in your bracket to get an idea what talents are effective and if you want to get even more detailed look at the timing of the casts to get an idea of where people are stacking cds. Beyond that just make sure you time it so recklessness and other cds will be available when you get to the execute phase and hopefully you will see an increase.
