Look: the fact of the matter is, if you're on at 11pm on a Friday or Saturday, and I'm drunk and decide to play Hearthstone, then you have a marginally better chance of beating me. Get on when the bars close

Clearly the best time is when you're at work, and should be doing other things. You might not win more, but it's a better time.
