Bently 7 Report post Posted January 18, 2013 Clawfeet with crit reforged to haste & a 320 haste gem would likely be a better upgrade than the other boots. Even though the stompers have higher base haste, the additional mastery (second best secondary stat) and crit (not great but it is nice) + the socket on the clawfeet seem to outweigh that...my 2c. ~B Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Vladamyr 169 Report post Posted March 14, 2013 In general Mastery is barely better than Crit but the values fluctuate depending upon how much of each stat you have. You would have to Sim your own character's gear to truly see which is greater, mathematically. In practice, the difference in dps is absolutely negligible. So stick with: Melee Hit (7.5%) > Strength > Expertise (7.5%) > Haste > Mastery > Crit and you won't go wrong. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
