Haste cap or thresholds for 2H Frost?

(First, I plan on switching to dual wield, but for now I'm 2H)

 

So my guild is still doing normal and 2/13 heroic. I have a crap ton of haste from baleful armor. (Drops have been terrible for me). 

 

I'm running at 53 percent haste which has to be too much. At what point does its value go down? Are there thresholds to be concerned with?

 

I'm going to guess Multistrike and even Versatility gain more value at some point. Thanks.
