Kanai's Cube Questions?

Does anyone know a couple specific questions i have about Kanai's Cube?

-I was wondering if you can extract a legendary stat (ex. Bracers of the first men to get the 200% increase damage to Hota) then wear the same piece and get an additional 200%?

-also, when upgrading a rare, can it become ANY legendary? because ive done it a 100 times and i always seem to get the same 3 or so legendaries and never any of the others available to that type (ex. rings, i have never been able to get obsidian ring of zodiac).  or are some legendaries just harder to roll for in the cube

Hello! You can only benefit from an item's legendary power once, so cubing it and wearing it would be a waste.

As for upgrading rares - they can become any legendary, but are affected by item rarity and as you experienced, certain items will be much more frequent than others.
