Blood Tap Weak Aura

Hallo Im trying to make a Blood Tap weak Aura that will show up when i have >= 1 Blood and frost / death runes and = 0 unholy runes. I can get it to work with Blood and Frost rune's but for the life of me I cant make it work on death rune's even if i toggle include death rune's hope someone out there can help me!

      I have tried to assemble a weak auras while using Plague Leech, Blood Tap and Defile as my talents. I just want someone to try it and review it and tell me if I am missing something or there are some irregularities.

      Any suggestions as to how I could improve? 

      Also, I have a question about Dark Transformation and Blood Tap. Should I prioritize Death Coil over rune capping when DT is off? Is it sub-optimal to recharge an Unholy rune with Blood Tap in a single-target rotation?
