Best tank trinket for doing damage

For fights where incoming tank damage is a non issue, what are the best DPS trinkets to use?

I'm currently using Anzu's Cursed Plume and Empty Drinking Horn.

I also have Unending Hunger and Chipped Soul Prism.

I assume Anzu's is the best just due to the uptime on the buff and all that static bonus armor, but does anyone thing either of these would be better than the EDH?  Are there any other trinkets out there I'm not thinking of that would be better?

Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

Apparently I linked these wrong from Wowhead, Anzu's, Empty Drinking Horn and Unending Hunger are all the heroic versions, not normal like it is showing.

I would recommend Anzu's and Unending Hunger. The uptime in Anzu's is great. I'm not 100% sure with EDH though. I'm in the process of moving from California to New York, so I haven't had as much time to play around with things as I would like.

I have to tell you the EDH is the best trinket for dmg.  Its uptime is something like 99.8% every hit adds a stack of dot to the boss.  I like to use EDH and Anzu's.  But EDH is a must in my opinion.
