Hauns 0 Report post Posted November 20, 2015 Hello, I was wondering if some experienced Ret Paladins out there could help me out. I little back story, I switched my main over summer after coming back from a break and decided to go with my Ret Paladin as my new main. However, I am really struggling to get my DPS up and I constantly find myself in below the 50 percentile. Oreoxd 165 Report post Posted November 23, 2015 2 things right off the bat: Your trinkets aren't the best trinkets. DC is only really good on HFA anymore, and UH is incredibly RNG dependent. Another thing is you seem to be struggling with consistent uptime on seraphim. If you don't use an addon called WeakAuras I'd suggest downloading it and get a weakaura to track the CD for sera and make sure you're pooling hp ~5 seconds before it comes off cd so you can use it as soon as it's ready. Since hitting all of your issues at once could be problematic (and only make it more confusing) start there (even if it means lfr) and we'll work on other things when you seem more comfortable with that. 1 Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Thank you for your reply. I now have WeakAuras is now installed and I got it set up to track Sera. Also this was the first weekend of using Sera so hopefully with a little bit more practice that will help my numbers. As for the trinket issues I do not know what to say. That is up to the loot gods to fix. I will be saving bonus rolls for bosses that drop trinkets, but as you know their is a little bit of luck involved. I will give it a go in LFR as soon as I can so I can be more comfortable with the new talents and will be running logs just to see how things go.
